I started Mike Boyle’s 10-chinup challenge last Wednesday 9/29. I was supposed to rest two days in between but missed that and went in on Friday too. Hoping to start week two today and (hopefully) add a chin-up to my max. I’m trying to figure out other workouts I can do around this. I also have The Greatest Abs Workout Ever (more readable .pdf file link) running which (I believe) I started Friday 9/17.
