Fast Track to Flex Appeal summary (Chad Waterbury’s, from Men’s Health)

On June 28th, I said that I wanted to give Chad Waterbury’s Fast Track to Flex Appeal a shot.  It’s a 4 week, 3 workouts, 12 workouts total program I read in a Men’s Health magazine.  The details of the workout can be found here.

A few days later on July 1st I started.  What should have been wrapped up on July 29th unfortunately finished up on August 10th.  Here are the details of the workouts (exported from my Gym Buddy app on my iPod Touch and cleaned up)
